Joyeux Anniversaire Akim!
A few weeks ago at work I met a colleague who teaches French at the school where I teach English. He is from near Paris and his name is Akim. My roomie Franci and I had discussed studying French before so we asked if he wanted to take us on as his students. He agreed and so I will have to dig deep to find the French I studied for three years during high school. Anyways, we found out it was his birthday so, being the party house that we are, we decided to throw him a party. He brough his friends and I brought mine and we all had a great time until 3 am (on a Monday night...couldn't do that when I was teaching!!!) Happy birthday Akim! (Our neighbors are really starting to wonder how many birthdays there can be!!!)
