 Well, gli azzurri have done it guys! They won the world cup. Everyone went totally crazy...jumped in the fountain under my house, starting waving the Italian flag (that never happens) and shooting off fireworks. Everyone came to our house to watch the game and it was total chaos with jumpin on couches etc. I am on my second round in two weeks of the ever-so painful tonsilitis. So I listened to the game from my bed, since that night was particolarly painful. I can officially declare that I think Italian health-care sucks. We'll see how this all pans out. Anyways, we have three weeks of school left...there is light at the end of the tunnel. With it being hot and July, we are all very anxious for the end. Hope all of you are enjoying your summer! I'll get some pics of the world cup craziness on my website when I am feeling better.
